The apprentice will participate in required classroom and hands-on training while assisting experienced Mold Makers with maintenance, machining, mold movement, and other assigned tool room activities.**What you will receive:**• Competitive wages based on experience.• Flexible schedule.• Paid Time Off and Paid holidays.• Excellent medical insurance.• 401k with company contribution.• Dental and vision coverage available.• Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability.• Employee Assistance Program.**What you will do:**• Attend required classes (Classes are provided onsite).• Operate company vehicles / trucks.• Learn to operate tool room equipment.• Pick-up and deliver molds per schedule.• Provide support to Mold Makers.• Perform other related duties as assigned.## Qualifications**Required Knowledge & Skills**• Ability to read and follow a blueprint.• Computer skills.• Mechanical aptitude.• Tool room equipment and machining processes.• Use of basic tools.• Use of hand-held measurement tools.• Ability to follow directions.• Effective communication skills and ability to work closely with Mold Makers and other team members.• Demonstrates initiative, innovation, problem-solving, and a continuous improvement mindset.• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a group and support a team environment.• Supports Company policies, procedures, goals, and values.**Education and Experience Requirements**• Highschool diploma or equivalent or currently enrolled in a 2 to 4-year approved apprenticeship program.• No experience required for entry level position, vocational training a plus (shop, drafting classes, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
